“Six years ago I represented a man that had three fingers amputated and the rest of his hand mangled by a box cutting machine. Carole Stolte Upman was hired as the nurse case manager by the workers’ compensation carrier to medically manage the case. I was impressed by her attentiveness to Mr. B and her prompt response to my concerns. Carole provided the services of an independent professional and Mr. B received excellent medical care. Presently, I represent a man who is paraplegic as a result of a crane injury. I requested that Carole create a life care plan for Mr. T.
